The KETTLER RUDER 300 SKI&ROW from the EDITION Series is designed for high-level professional use. It is self-powered; The SKI&ROW is designed to meet the demands of HIIT sports. Adhering to the HIIT training idea, HI-ULTRA assists trainers in achieving efficient, severe cardio respiratory ability and impact speed, resulting in explosive running ability and cardio respiratory endurance. The SKI&ROW multiple exercise machine was built with HIIT in mind, combining three functions into two configurations. It has two training modes: rowing and skiing, which allow it to accommodate the training needs of diverse users. The particularly developed SKI&ROW multiple training machines are solid and compact, making it easy to transfer from vertical to horizontal mode by merely stepping on the switching pedal.
The two-stage air lock mechanism and the folding lock-up system provide safety in everyday use. The revolutionary MARS Hybrid Resistance System stabilizes the resistance output, increasing training efficiency. The magnetic and air resistance systems add to the air resistance. The innovation properly overcomes the problem of no resistance at the start of training, allowing users to switch from cardiovascular to power training. The Magnetic&Air resistance system features 20 accurate resistance levels.
