جميع منتجات كثلر تأتي مع ضمان واضح وموثوق يغطي عيوب التصنيع. يوفّر هذا الضمان للعملاء راحة البال، حيث يسمح بإصلاح أو استبدال المعدات المعيبة. وقد تستفيد بعض المكونات أو الهياكل من فترات ضمان ممتدة، وذلك حسب نوع المنتج والموزّع.
يغطي الضمان فقط الأجزاء المعيبة الناتجة عن خلل في التصنيع. وتقتصر حقوق الضمان على إصلاح أو استبدال هذه الأجزاء المعيبة. يجب أن يتم استبدال الأجزاء المعيبة خلال فترة سريان الضمان. كما يجب أن يكون أي طلب لقطع الغيار مرفقًا بالكتيّب المرفق مع الجهاز، بالإضافة إلى الرقم التسلسلي الموجود في المكان المحدد داخل الكتيّب.
يشمل الضمان المكونات الهيكلية، والأجزاء الإلكترونية، والأجزاء الكهربائية، باستثناء أجهزة المشي الكهربائية. ويسري الضمان فقط على العملاء الذين لديهم تركيب كهربائي مناسب ومحمي، بما في ذلك وجود مأخذ كهربائي مؤرّض وجهاز مُثبّت للجهد، وذلك لتفادي الأضرار الناتجة عن تقلبات التيار الكهربائي.
All KETTLER products come with a clear and reliable warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty provides clients with peace of mind, allowing repair or replacement of faulty equipment. Some components or frames may even benefit from extended warranty periods, depending on the product type and distributor.
The warranty covers only defective parts resulting from a manufacturing defect. Warranty rights are limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. The replacement of defective parts must be carried out within the warranty period.Any request for parts must be accompanied by the brochure provided with the device, as well as the serial number located in the place specified in the brochure.
The warranty covers structural components, electronic parts, and electrical parts, with the exception of electric treadmills. The warranty applies only to customers who have an adequate and protected electrical installation, including a grounded outlet and a voltage stabilizer, in order to prevent damage caused by power fluctuations.

- تركيب كهربائي غير مطابق للأجهزة الكهربائية (غياب التأريض أو تقلبات الجهد).
- استخدام أجهزة المخصصة للاستعمال المنزلي في أماكن تدريب احترافية.
- بيئة غير مناسبة (مثل: مرآب، مخزن): رطوبة، غبار، نقص التهوية، إلخ.
- تجاوز الوزن الأقصى المسموح به من طرف الشركة المصنعة.
- أحداث خارجة عن إرادة البائع مثل: الحوادث، الصواعق، الفيضانات، الحرائق، أو أي أسباب خارجية أخرى.
- محاولات الإصلاح الذاتي.
NOTICE: The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
- Equipment damage as a result of disregarding the assembly instructions included in the brochure sent with each unit.
- Incorrect use.
- Carpet treadmills, boards, rubber, plastic, and batteries.
- Improper electrical installation of electrical appliances (grounding, voltage fluctuations).
- Utilization of AXOS, ADVANTAGE, and HKS series exercise equipment intended for home use in specialized training areas
- Unsuitable environment (such as a garage or storeroom): humidity, dust, a lack of air, etc.
- Exceeding the manufacturer’s permitted weight.
- Events that are beyond the seller’s control, such as accidents, lightning, floods, fires, or other types of external causes.

For situations that are not covered by the warranty, the equipment may still be repaired by the after-sales service at the customer’s expense even after the warranty has run its course.
