Advantages of Curved Treadmills :
There is no upper speed limit for treadmills without motors. It is ideal for HIIT and quick sprints because the tempo is essentially limitless and always matches the runner’s speed. Curved treadmills allow users to replicate more realistic running motions. The user must utilise their hamstrings to push both forward and backward. Because of this, the hamstrings are worked harder than they would be on a standard treadmill.
Workout:
Interval Training: Perform high-intensity running (sprints) followed by active recovery (walking).
Pace Work: Gradually increase your pace while keeping proper form and posture.
Endurance: For longer sessions, keep a constant pace and practice excellent running technique.
