The KETTLER RX10 Recumbent Bike is an exciting full commercial machine that fits perfectly within any gym setting. The bike has an optimised Q-factor (distance between pedals) which reduces the force on the knees and makes each pedal stroke as efficient as possible. Another important feature is the self-powered console which activates after a few pedal strokes and will stay awake until 120 seconds of inactivity passes.

The KETTLER RX10’s ergonomic handles with fast track controls allow the user to adjust resistance easily to ensure they are training at an appropriate intensity. As well as fast track controls, it features wrap-around seat adjustments and colour coded adjustment features to accommodate for all user demographics.
